And Chris Cleave is right no surprise there…it is a story about a woman who loses her son, with icendiary the simple sadness you would expect. I felt various emotions whilst reading it, including tearful, cross, upset and downright furious at the injustices we humans dish out to each other.

I read the summary and it immediately caught my attention because I work on immigration issues. I desperately want my husband to read them asap so that I can discuss them with him! I love the fact that you did not give the main character a name, but am having a hard time understanding the overall structure of dividing the book into seasons.

I guess it will do very little one way or the other for world peace. I incfndiary only half way through so maybe this icnendiary is to be addressed before the end of the book; if so I apologise.
I just watched the movie, not knowing anything about the book and I think it was an incredible story. He has made it real again, though he does change the location, he does not change the way humanity reacts to the taking of innocent lives. Of course, she not only has to deal with the death of her two family members, but also with severe living restrictions put in place by the British and London governments following the attack.

Like many other novels that begin with tragedies, we as readers are thru After pages I decided to call it quits on this book. I first grabbed The Other Hand off the shelf at the airport last October. It really makes you look at clezve differently. Thank You so much for giving that genre a kick! I am a fan of Arsenal.

The loss of the son is breathtaking. I was nearly in tears during her stay in hospital which I have not felt about a book for a long time.
I hope someone sent a copy to Osama……. Little Bee caused me to look inwards and see a more practical thing that I could offer, something that could truly be life changing for someone. The narrator does not actually write letters to Osama bin Laden, but speaks as if she were, addressing him throughout her tale, decrying his actions, particularly sharing her pain at the loss of her son.

I absolutely feel in love with this book. And Cleave doesn’t fail us, though we don’t get exactly what we think we’re going to. This has utterly changed my perspective of life.
